Return Process:
Products may be returned for a full refund or an equivalent percentage based on the amount returned within 30 days from the shipment date. We prioritize your satisfaction. Therefore, returns will be processed without any inquiries. For authorization on product returns, please contact us directly.
Initial Return Notification:
Should you wish to return an item, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Medications should be sent back at your own shipping expense to our designated pharmacy address. Additionally, provide the tracking number of your return shipment. Note: While the full cost of the medicine will be refunded, shipping charges are non-refundable.
