Call our Customer Service and Pharmacy support to place your order or ask your doctor to call in your prescription with order number at 1-855-388-8818 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Eastern Time.

After we receive your prescription, we assign a unique number so you can track your order.
Pharmacist check
A pharmacist checks your prescription to make sure it's right for your condition.
Processing and second pharmacist check
We'll fill your order and another pharmacist will verify your medicine.
Optimal packaging & packing protection
With the final pharmacist approval in hand, we'll place your medicine in a packing with sealed and includes copies of supporting documents.
Shipment
You'll receive your medicine, at a location of your choice of shipping address, in a box package to ensure privacy.
